We all have the capacity for emotional healing. My role is to help each client overcome their own barriers and foster their own path to inner healing. As both a young girl and woman, I experienced my own emotional struggles and I know what it is like to feel hopeless and lost. Connection and feeling safe in therapy is vital before any changes can occur. Ensuring that clients feel comfortable expressing their innermost thoughts and feelings is my first priority. Treatment is tailored to each individual client. Therefore, I will use varied approaches until we find your best fit.
