We're a group practice of diverse women of color therapists who get it - sometimes it's incredibly healing to connect with someone who truly understands your background and experiences. Our wellness center, based in the heart of Valley Glen in the San Fernando Valley, is a space where you can actually unwind and breathe. Whether you prefer to meet in person in our calming environment or connect through telehealth, we're here to support you. We offer culturally sensitive therapy, yoga classes, energy healing, and workshops specifically designed to meet the unique needs of teens and women of color. Our clinicians are highly skilled therapists who integrate clients' cultural beliefs and practices into their treatment planning. Mental health treatments are more effective when the therapist aligns with the client's culture and demonstrate cultural competence. Our clients feel relieved to sit across from someone who gets them.
