Maximizing wellness and functionality is our approach at WWCC. Life happens - chronic illness and pain, infertility, divorce, etc. Our goal is to help you adjust to your new 'normal' and to restore your mental health to a place where you can cope and function effectively regardless of circumstances. Our yoga instructors and therapists have a wide range of experience some with nursing backgrounds that help clients understand underlying medical issues that may be their impacting chronic pain, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and other issues.
