I provide confidential counseling services for teens, adults, couples and families in an environment of trust, acceptance and compassion. I use a client-centered approach to counsel individuals challenged by relationship issues, family conflict, school or work related stress, past trauma, and other mental health issues. My guiding principles for counseling are to empower hope, encourage growth and embrace change.
