Sometimes we are unaware of our situation and how it affects our lives and/or others, but how much longer would you hold on? I provide services to individuals and families. I have worked in the community, in private practice, and in educational settings. I have experience working with children and adults coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, HIV, parenting, academic, stress, interpersonal, trauma, life crisis and transition issues and prenatal and postpartum issues.
