I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with individuals, couples (pre- and post-marital), and families. I create a safe, trusting, and affirming environment to work through past trauma while processing the current impact and working toward a future without limitations. I have over 15 years of experience working with various concerns, including depression, anxiety, past trauma, spirituality, identity development, grief, and loss, to name a few. I pursued a degree in counseling to make sense of my own traumatic experiences; I know what is necessary for healing to occur. I work with individuals, couples, and families to address the impact and heal from a history of adverse experiences, trauma, attachment concerns, and current-day stressors.
