I work with couples to manage distress and overwhelm within their relationship. With a balanced perspective, I empower partners to strengthen their connection and deepen intimacy. I am also passionate about supporting individuals through the challenges of the perinatal journey, such as prenatal anxiety, pregnancy loss, infertility and postpartum depression. I work with adults navigating the varied stages of life. Whether it's helping clients cope with trauma, process grief and loss, navigate chronic illness and pain, or address the shadows of depression and anxiety, I consider it a privilege to accompany clients on this journey.
