Informed by current neuroscience and a background in Trauma Informed Care, I use an intuitive approach to therapy that respects the client as a whole person rather than a set of symptoms. I work from a humanistic, client-centered orientation which emphasizes the autonomy and diverse identity of each individual. I welcome clients of all experiences and backgrounds, and continue to work to be an effective ally to people who identify as BIPOC, Queer, and Trans.
