I have over ten years of experience working with children and four of those years in a private school setting. I have developed a passion for working with children and adolescents in the mental health field. I utilize play therapy techniques and skills in helping children overcome anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, life adjustments, emotional regulation, separation/divorce, and problems managing feelings; I believe in cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship with children and caregivers through compassionate empathy, skillful listening, and collaboration. I can help facilitate self growth and self discovery.
