My approach is compassionate, culturally attuned, and rooted in evidence-based practices, offering a space where you can feel deeply understood and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in individual therapy for adults and adolescents, focusing on anxiety, depression, life transitions (career, family, relocation), identity development, and personal growth. Whether you’re managing stress, exploring relationships, or navigating cultural and identity complexities, I am here to help. I completed my doctoral training in Counseling Psychology at the University of Minnesota and a clinical internship at the University of Washington. With over 12 years of experience, I have worked extensively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including people of color, immigrants, international students, transracial adoptees, and LGBTQ+ individuals.
