I believe that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, I recognize the importance of tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual. Valuing the pivotal role that the therapeutic alliance plays in an individual's transformative journey, I approach my clients in an accepting and empowering way, with a focus on developing corrective experience. My educational and professional journey includes obtaining double degrees in both Family Studies and Clinical Psychology, and working as a psychotherapist, an executive coach, as well as a writer.
