About
Since 2017, I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, obsessive or intrusive thoughts, and issues with emotional regulation. I also worked with clients dealing with trauma, feelings of inadequacy, loss, physical illness, life transitions, relationship struggles, and psychosomatic symptoms, as well as those focused on self-identity and personal growth. Alongside my work with adults, I work with adolescents and children with autism, behavioral issues, and challenges in self-identity and emotional regulation. I aim to alleviate symptoms by fostering a deeper understanding of one's unique experiences and self. The therapeutic relationship serves as a mirror, reflecting how we relate to others and engage in the world. I also pay attention to how culture and systematic injustice affect one's mental health and work with the client toward empowerment.
