Starting therapy can be overwhelming, especially if you have been sitting with difficult feelings on your own, but here’s the thing, some of the scariest things are the most rewarding; and I am here to move into that with you. My practice is informed by my identity as a black woman, and I view the therapeutic relationship as a space that fosters a collaborative environment. I navigate spaces with openness, humor, and empathy, seeking always to understand others with grace and an appreciation of their autonomy.
