English | 中文 I work with BIPOC women who struggle with anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, trauma, and ADHD—often feeling overwhelmed, self-critical, or stuck in cycles of overthinking and pressure to “hold it all together.” Clients often feel exhausted by their minds and unsure how to move forward without burning out. As an Asian woman with a multicultural background, I understand how cultural expectations, identity, and systemic pressures shape mental health and make it harder to ask for help. I know the courage it takes to seek support after years of feeling misunderstood, unseen, or expected to be strong and self-sufficient.
