Do you ever sit and wonder “what the eff is happening to me”? You know you don’t feel like yourself, and when people ask how you’re doing, you’re not sure how to answer them. Or you’re not even sure how to answer that in your head. Welp, let's talk. I know I’ll sound like a cliche saying this but, this is exactly what therapy is. I like to think of myself as google translate that takes those “I don’t know” and “ I feel off”, etc… and helps you pinpoint what IS going on and in the process help you with being able to communicate it, whether it be to your parents, family, friends or a stranger.
