Life has a way to challenge us. Sometimes more than we want and at times not enough to change. This pain causes people to seek comfort externally, in food, drugs, relationships etc. This pain is normally handled by coping. There is a way past coping, a way to learn what this pain is telling you about yourself. There's a way to perceive pain as a friend and embrace the lessons it teaches us about who we are. Personal Growth liberates and it's within us. Have a fur baby? I also do dog walk therapy and exercise walking therapy. We walk the pups, and therapy is done during walking. Location is usually the Northwest area of town.
