I specialize in perinatal mental health, working with new moms, and their partners navigating parenthood and relationships. I also work with individuals, providing culturally sensitive & trauma-informed therapy to address childhood wounds, disconnection, stress, and burnout. I have a deep understanding of the unique pressures faced by first-generation individuals, including navigating dual cultures, family expectations, and the drive to succeed. I'm committed to providing empowering and non-traditional approaches that honor the unique experiences of each of my clients. I specifically work with under represented communities, including people of color and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I provide in person services in Chicago, Illinois and virtual services to residents of Indiana and Texas.
