Maybe you're a teen or young adult (or their parent) who is wishing for a change, to have less stress, or find support on your path to adulting. Maybe you are LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent, or searching for healing after surviving trauma. I'm trained in narrative therapy, suicide prevention, creative arts, and gender journey support, and I would love to help! My approach is strengths-based, cultural, somatic, trauma-informed, and mindful. Sometimes life is really hard! I'll be a witness to hear what you've been through, help envision the change you want, and help with next steps to clear obstacles, heal, and achieve your goals.
