For most people, the decision to enter therapy occurs at a difficult time in life. I recognize that those seeking treatment are often in pain, and I try to find both immediate and longer term ways to alleviate that suffering. I work with both adolescents and adults and help them to gain a greater sense of awareness of their own feelings and the impact they have on others, thereby increasing their options as well as their sense of mastery and autonomy. In doing so, I can help you become aware of avenues and options that never before seemed like possibilities.
