Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Master from Bethel University and have been practicing for 15 years. I help adults and couples struggling in relationships at school, work, or home to be resilient and grow in person or relationship. In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges that you are facing and goals that you would like to achieve in sessions to help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in following sessions.
