Hello, my name is Yadilís Hernández Rodríguez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. I have experience supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, stress, grief, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients build insight, confidence, and effective coping skills to manage life’s challenges. Together, we will identify your strengths and develop practical tools to help you navigate change and become the best version of yourself. In our first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and identify the best path forward. Through CBT, we'll examine how your thoughts influence emotions and develop strategies to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns.
