Welcome! I’m Yadira Melgoza, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with nine years of clinical experience. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families on their journey to wellness and connection. I utilize evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs. I most frequently use techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. With children ages 2-7, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy is my preferred approach to therapy.
