Welcome! I’m Yadira Melgoza, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with ten years of clinical experience. I am passionate about supporting individuals and families on their journey to wellness and connection. My main focus is working with children (ages 2+), adolescents, young adults, and parents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, behavioral concerns/oppositional defiance, and/or relational concerns. I also have experienced working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, stress, and life transitions.
