I am a trauma informed therapist with significant experience in diverse roles in the mental health field. I am passionate about working with Neurodivergent, LGTBQ+, BIPOC and immigrant communities. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, life transitions, ADHD/ADD and other mood disorders. As a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist, I focus on a culturally competent approach to assess and support my clients throughout their growth and healing journey.
