I am an LCSW focusing on anxiety, attachment, trauma, depression and OCD. I work with kids and youth to navigate the difficult emotions and pressures that come with growing up and to build positive coping skills. I work with parents on developing parenting skills, reducing personal stress and building positive relationships in the home. I work with adults to handle challenging life transitions and explore relationships and family dynamics. My approach is to understand your current challenges and pain. By utilizing a strengths-based approach, each client feels confident to overcome their hardships and reach their full potential.
