Sometimes life can be extremely difficult to navigate but if you have found your way to this website you have already made the first step towards wellness! My hope is to be part of your journey. I believe that the client is the expert of their own life and I view myself as a tool to help teach and guide. I focus on allowing my clients feel seen, heard, and understood without fear of judgment or criticism. Together, we will work on processing past experiences, understand patterns of reactions, behaviors, and gain insight to help you create a more empowered and authentic self. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions depending on the need of the individual. I believe that each client requires a unique approach therefore I do not limit myself to using one specific modality.
