I have multiple speciality areas including, abuse, addiction, codependency, trauma, behavioral need and co-occurring disorders. I utilize treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused, solution focused brief therapy, DBT and motivational interviewing. In addition, I have also trained as a circle of security facilitator in both Spanish and English. My main focus is to utilize all my training and professional experience to provide you with safe opportunities to discover your strengths in a way that's personal and effective to you and your needs.
