Welcome! If you are struggling with stress, relationship concerns, perfectionism, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, or PTSD, I would like to help you on your journey. I enjoy working with high-functioning individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and different presenting concerns. I am passionate about helping survivors of trauma, which is why I pursued post-doctoral training in the treatment of trauma-related disorders. I am also dedicated to addressing the unique needs and concerns of those who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) and APIDA (Asian Pacific Islander Desi American).
