I offer trauma-informed, spiritually-grounded therapy for Black, Indigenous, Women of Color and femmes navigating burnout, trauma, disconnection, or soul-loss. Together, we restore safety, self-trust, and connection to your voice, body and inner knowing. My approach is somatic, relational, and grounded in reverence. I draw from Gestalt therapy, social justice, and spiritual frameworks.
