I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent community. Intersectionality is the energy and the lens I bring to the space. I assist folks with managing issues like perfectionism, imposter syndrome, codependency, people-pleasing, trauma, intimate partner violence, and attachment. I have a passion for working with the neurodivergent community (specifically autism and ADHD) in learning to unmask and find the beauty in their existence. I love challenging folks to reframe negative thinking patterns and to start identifying their strengths over their burdens. My goal is to help you live unapologetically yourself.
