I am a Latinx Spanish-speaking therapist who uses a holistic approach when conducting therapy. Some of my specialties include depression, anxiety, multicultural issues, immigration issues, parenting issues, and life and work stressors. My approach to therapy always starts with the humanistic theory. I like to establish an empathetic and nonjudgemental environment that is conducive to growth for my clients.
