I provide a compassionate space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions while learning to treat yourself with greater kindness and understanding. I am deeply passionate about supporting the Latinx community, as well as adults aged 18–40 who are navigating anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and transgenerational trauma. I support individuals in managing overwhelming emotions and self-criticism while breaking generational patterns that no longer serve your well-being. Additionally, I am committed to advocating for women’s health and supporting those experiencing infertility. These journeys can often feel isolating and frustrating, especially when it seems like systems or even your own support network may not fully understand what you’re going through.
