Hi! I’m Yanexis, a bilingual Registered Clinical Mental Health Intern. My passion is to assist clients who have difficulties with anxiety and depression, trauma, difficulty regulating their emotions, family & relationship conflict, and struggle with self-esteem. My goal is to help guide and support my clients on a journey toward self-care and mental wellness in an effort to lead a life you want and deserve! My approach is collaborative, fostering a safe and supportive environment for personal growth. I view therapy as a partnership and strive to empower clients to become active participants in their healing process.
