Starting therapy can feel like a big step—but it’s one rooted in courage and hope. As a Queer Latinx therapist, I hold space for those whose lives are shaped by layered identities, systemic pressures, and the weight of trying to “hold it all together.” Many of the people I work with are navigating transitions, seeking deeper self-understanding, or unpacking old wounds that still echo in the present. They’re not just looking to feel better—they’re ready to feel more whole. Together, we work to untangle patterns, make sense of emotions, and move toward greater connection, clarity, and self-compassion.
