As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I work with individuals navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and co-occurring substance use disorders who are motivated to improve their daily functioning and overall quality of life. Many of my clients also experience difficulties with self-management, relationship dynamics, or maintaining stability in areas such as housing, employment, or education. My clients’ primary needs often include structure, consistent support, and guidance in developing coping strategies and independent living skills. I believe in a collaborative, person-centered approach.
