Many of us struggle with something, whether it’s setting boundaries, communicating, relationships, prioritizing ourselves, engaging in self care, or finding a life worth living. During these moments, we may become depressed, anxious, and engage in unhealthy behaviors that make it difficult to move forward. What do you do in these moments, how do you feel better? Being here, is the first step! Sessions with me, will be a space for you to be heard, validated, and most importantly learn healthy skills that will empower you to make meaningful change, manage distress, regulate your emotions, and have effective interpersonal interactions.
