I treat a wide array of presenting problems, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, and family conflict. I am a bi-lingual therapist with over fifteen years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness & Relaxation techniques.
