Life can be difficult at times. People could feel "dissatisfied with life," or "unfulfilled," despite the efforts. Collaborating with a skilled psychotherapist could help a person or a couple identify and break the maladaptive patterns, make positive changes, and experience more happiness. As a bilingual psychologist with over 20 years of training and experience, I use an integrative style, blending elements of Psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and EMDR through the lens of attachment and culture. I provide both individual and couples therapies.
