I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Southern California. I’ve been doing therapy since 2016 working mainly with children and adolescents. Helping them reach their dreams, goals, and full potential by helping remove mental health obstacles. My theoretical approach varies based on the needs of my clients, however, among my main approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing. My communication style is calm, compassionate, and understanding. I want my clients to feel heard, comfortable, and without judgment.
