I am a direct and action-oriented therapist who encourages growth in a safe space. You will be challenged to examine your personal perspective, actions, and communication style. I will be with you as you explore the sources of your mental health symptoms and work towards modifying and/or accepting the situations/circumstances in which these occur. I am personally familiar with collectivist cultures and the positive and negative relational dynamics that may come from those. I will help you learn how to set healthy boundaries within those contexts.
