I work with adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected and are seeking support during a stressful season or life transition. Many are navigating anxiety, emotional fatigue, difficulties with focus or overwhelm, or the lingering impact of past experiences. I have a particular interest in working with BIPOC clients and individuals from marginalized communities and strive to offer care that is culturally responsive and affirming. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected at a pace that feels right.
