Therapy can be a deeply transformational experience, my main goal in working with clients is to create an environment where we can explore and challenge beliefs that no longer serve us, make room to hold deep emotional truths, and create new patterns of behavior that align with the person you want to be. I specialize in working with queer adults living with anxiety, depression, relational issues, and trauma.
