I am a licensed mental health counselor.I graduated with my master's in both mental health counseling and school counseling. I have worked with a wide range of clients from children to adults and have experience working in both private practices and school districts. Some of my other expertise include guiding those who struggle with trauma, bereavement, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship issues, and many other mental health concerns.I provide a safe and comfortable space for children, teens, and adults to work through their concerns and guide those in healing and developing the proper coping skills needed. I like to work with each client and use different approaches to fit their specific needs because everyone is unique and will require different levels of care. In my office I also have a small service dog who joins majority of my sessions. Her personality is therapeutic to my current clients and she helps create a comfortable environment as well.
