As a clinician, my main goal is to provide a safe, comfortable environment that also focuses on each individual's life experiences and maintains their personal values in an effort to foster growth. I aim to work with my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, challenges, setbacks, hopes, accomplishments, and future aspirations on a daily basis and on a grander scale. I hope to facilitate a nurturing environment in which my clients and I can work collaboratively to achieve meaningful progress and change and to help my clients to achieve their ideal self and increase their overall life satisfaction.
