I am pleased to be a part of the Rula community. My areas of focus include mood disorders, stressful life events, and supporting individuals experiencing psychosis. In my therapeutic practice, I take a holistic approach, considering each person as a whole and providing guidance as they navigate their unique challenges. I take a warm, holistic, and client-centered approach to therapy, seeing each person as a whole—mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to create a safe and empathetic space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore your own solutions.
