Healing begins with trust and safety. I support diverse clients struggling with grief, complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression. My approach is psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed rooted in polyvagal and somatic theories. BIPOC and LGBTQ+ identities are centered to ensure that you feel completely received and understood. My long-term, relational approach offers a safe space to bring past into present and uncover hidden patterns that are holding you back. Our work empowers you to gain insight and build resilience as you navigate life’s challenges. I collaborate with individuals and couples in an inclusive, personalized therapy setting. Together, we’ll explore your earliest memories to uncover unconscious patterns influencing your present. By integrating body awareness, we’ll address emotional blockages and develop healthier coping strategies for a more satisfying and authentic life.
