I have dedicated my psychotherapy practice to working specifically with individuals who struggle with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress, along with their relationships to alcohol and drugs. Addictions or problematic relationships with substances, are both psychological and physiological. They are often the manifestation or response to underlying struggles that the behavior is trying to resolve, even if temporarily.
