I work with adults who experience strong emotions and internal overwhelm. Many of my clients are neurodivergent or have trauma histories and have felt misunderstood in previous therapy. My approach is calm, relational, and insight-focused. I help clients understand emotional and relational patterns that influence their responses, with the goal of improving regulation and emotional stability.
