I am a Licensed Associate Counselor who provides a warm, collaborative space for healing, growth, and self-discovery. My approach is eclectic and holistic, drawing from a range of evidence-based practices to meet you where you are and address your needs as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms. I am passionate about supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, strengthen resilience, and build resilience and meaningful, lasting change. I provide a warm, supportive space for adolescents, adults, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Art therapy, and play therapy, tailored to each person’s unique needs to build coping skills, resilience, and growth.
