You can live with a sense of peace. Life can feel out of control with many responsibilities, relationships, and other factors that affects us. It can leave us buzzing with anxiety inside and out. We'll make sure to ground you so when you look inside, you feel at peace, rather than that vague (and sometimes very apparent) sense of turmoil. As your therapist, I help you with actionable strategies for reaching a sense of alignment and balance with yourself and in your relationships. I draw mainly from methods that help you process in the moment and understand the story you want to have about your life. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples of all identities and sexual orientations on the topics of anxiety, self-worth, difficulty communicating, relationship issues, and sexual and intimacy issues.
